How It Works
Contact us online or by phone. We’ll follow up to confirm the building address and number of anchor points. After reviewing relevant documentation, we’ll send you a free proposal.
Once approved, we set a service date that works for your operation. We accommodate custom time windows and coordinate with your facilities or property management team directly.
Our team checks in with your point of contact on arrival. Depending on where your building is in its compliance cycle, we perform your annual visual inspection or full 10-year load test and certification. Upon completion you’ll receive the appropriate documentation.

Our Anchor Point Inspections & Testing Process
Safe rooftop access depends on the integrity of the systems workers attach to: roof anchors, davit bases, horizontal lifelines, and other structural tie-off points. These anchor the harnesses, suspended scaffolding, and equipment that keep people on your building safe while performing maintenance on your building.
Annual Inspections
OSHA requires annual visual inspections for roof anchors and davit systems. We assess each point for compliance by reviewing attachment to the building and signs of damage or deterioration.
10 Year Testing & Certification
OSHA requires anchor points to be load tested and certified every 10 years. We test each point, document the results, and deliver a full written report covering the condition and pass/fail status of every anchor point on the property.
