Our High-Rise Window Cleaning Process

We assess your property first and choose the right cleaning method for the job. We handle routine maintenance, post-construction cleanup, post-storm cleanup, and one-time cleans on your schedule.

Our Process

The right technique depends on the glass condition and the job. The most common cleaning methods are traditional scrub and squeegee or water-fed pure water systems. Hard water deposits, mineral scale, and construction cleanup (paint, caulk, concrete) require more specific techniques. We assess before we start and choose whichever method is the right fit for your property.

Access & Equipment

Access methods are determined during the site assessment, not the day of the job. Depending on your building, that means industrial rope access, suspended scaffolding, lifts, water fed poles, or ladders. All equipment receives annual inspection and regular maintenance servicing.

Bird Control

Persistent birds cause real damage — dirty glass, corroded surfaces, and liability exposure. We install deterrents suited to your building and access points, scheduled alongside your window service.

Glass Restoration

Hard water deposits, mineral scale, oxidation, and construction debris don’t always come off with standard cleaning methods. We assess the damage and use the right process to restore the glass before replacement becomes the conversation.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Dirty panels are less efficient. We clean them safely using pure water systems with water-fed poles.

Yes. Larry’s carries $1 million in general liability coverage per occurrence ($2 million aggregate), backed by a $5 million umbrella policy. Every crew member is covered by workers’ compensation insurance, including crews performing high-rise and elevated work. Reach out for a certificate of insurance.
